How to Cancel Your Enjoy Subscription
Enjoy is flexible. There are no contracts and no commitments. You can easily cancel your account online by switching your account to the FREE plan. There are no cancellation fees – start or stop your account anytime.

How to Delete Your Enjoy Account
If you would like to “take a break” from Enjoy and shut down your account, you can request your account be deactivated. This is a good option if you think you might want to come back to Enjoy later sometime.
Simply reach out us at support@enjoymoviesyourway.com or use the contact form on our website and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
We also understand that sometimes it is preferred to reduce your “digital footprint”. If you wish to have your account completely deleted, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@enjoymoviesyourway.com or use the contact form on our website. Please include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.
- Provide Account Details: In your request, include your account email address and/or any other relevant information to help us verify your account in our system.
- Confirmation: Our support team will process your request and confirm the deletion of your account.
Data Deletion Information
When you request the deletion of your account:
- Deleted Data: All your personal data, including profile information, viewing history, preferences, and any other data associated with your account, will be permanently deleted from our system.
- Retained Data: Payment records handled by any app store payment gateways will be retained for transaction history purposes, as required by law. This includes transaction details, dates, and amounts.
Additional Information
- Retention Period: There is no additional retention period for your data once you request deletion. The deletion process will begin immediately upon receipt of your request and typically completes within a few business days.
- No Reversal: Once your account is deleted, the action cannot be undone. If you wish to use Enjoy again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
