Please note that Enjoy is not affiliated with, or endorsed by any of these streaming services. As a subscriber, you have legally purchased the right to access your content from these platforms, and may enjoy that content from apps they provide, and from the Enjoy app. The Enjoy app is supported solely by Enjoy Movies Your Way, not by the streaming services themselves. When you connect the Enjoy service to your streaming provider account, we receive an authentication token from them just like a typical app would. You can rest assured that all authentication token data is encrypted to industry standards and we do not store any of your streaming provider login credentials (for example, we never have access to your username or password for any of your streaming providers).
As we are not in an official relationship with all of the streaming providers, we are often not privy to system upgrades or changes they make. As a result, there may be occasional service interruptions when updates are rolled out by them. We strive to adapt to these changes as swiftly as possible, but there may be delays ranging from a few hours to a few days or even weeks, depending on the complexity of the updates and the nature in which they are rolled out. The Enjoy team works tirelessly to restore service as soon as possible whenever it is interrupted. Fortunately, interruptions are quite rare, with even years passing by without any problems. But it can happen from time to time.
We want you to know that our service operates in full compliance with U.S. copyright law (i.e. the Family Movie Act). Also, Enjoy does not engage in piracy or store any content, modified or otherwise, from the streaming platforms. All content is streamed directly from an authorized source as required by law. We are committed to providing a lawful and respectful service that adheres strictly to legal standards, benefiting both the users of Enjoy with content filtering options, and also the streaming providers themselves by opening a way for more users to enjoy the content they offer with filters for offensive or undesirable content applied.
We continuously monitor the streaming services for any changes that might cause problems for the Enjoy app, and greatly appreciate it when our users alert us to problems they are experiencing as it helps us respond promptly to any issues and keeps our service running smooth.
